Improve your game, develop fitness, make new friends, and receive expert coaching. These popular sessions are held over the weekend from Friday evening to Sunday and are open to all. Trainees are put in groups according to age and experience – 5 -7yrs, 8 -11yrs, 12 -14yrs, 14-16yrs, 18+ (Ask for more details)

Sessions include warm up, fielding, batting and bowling in nets and match situations. Every weekend there is a progressive session plan for the trainees to make sure there is development to their cricket. All trainees are given individual attention and feedback by our coaches who are all E.C.B. (English Cricket Board) qualified. All coaches are D.B.S. checked.

We will be providing high-quality cricket coaching in small groups run by our experienced coaches. With our enhanced health & safety measures in place, we are confident of offering a very safe and secure environment for learning and development whilst ensuring all participants continue to Enjoy the Game!

Age Groups: Under 18’s – 7:45pm to 9:15pm

Saturday
Age Groups: 8-11yrs & 12-14yrs   – 9am to 10:30am
Age Groups: 8-11yrs, 12-14yrs & 15-16yrs – 11am to 12:30pm
Elite Groups – 1pm to 2:30 & 3pm to 4:30pm
Age Groups: 8-11yrs & 12-14yrs  – 5pm to 6:30pm

Sunday 
Age Groups: 5-8yrs – 12pm to 1pm

Equipment & Dress code:

• CCA branded T-shirt or White cricket top with cricket white trousers or tracksuit bottoms. Customised CCA T-shirt available to buy for £15.
• We recommend players playing hard ball bring their own kit. Soft ball players don’t require any kit.

Training Sessions will include:

• Variety of hand eye coordination games, fielding drills, skill sessions, batting and bowling in nets, games and much more.
• Cricketers of all levels are welcome including beginners.
• We ensure an enjoyable experience for all, whilst supporting development.

Our programme is conducted and supervised by English Cricket Board qualified coaches. All staff at City Cricket Academy are D.B.S checked.
